You could be my daemon, baby,

If you just looked into my eyes.

You could be my daemon, honey,

If you just looked into my soul.

You could be my daemon love

If you took a minute more

To look into my heart, see my love

My longing and yearning for you.

You could be my love, earn my trust

But you still just walk on by

Honey glazed and sugar sweet

You could be my daemon

But you won’t. So I step up on the chair

And fasten the noose as tight as I dare

And pray to god to save my wicked soul

Darkness.
